Heartgard Plus for Small Dogs is an oral monthly heartworm preventive for puppies and dogs from 6 weeks of age, weighing up to 25 lbs. These easy-to-administer, beef-flavored chewables contain Ivermectin and Pyrantel Pamoate and effectively eliminate the tissue stage of heartworm larvae, preventing heartworm disease. Heartgard Plus Blue is also effective in the treatment and control of roundworms and hookworms.

Heartgard Plus Blue – Ivermectin (68 Mcg), Pyrantel Pamoate (57 Mg)

Heartgard Plus Blue is formulated with Ivermectin (68 Mcg) and Pyrantel Pamoate (57 Mg). This powerful combination prevents heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae and effectively treats and controls roundworms and hookworms.

• Easy-to-administer, palatable, beef-flavored chewables
• Ideal to protect dogs and puppies from heartworm disease
• Treats and controls roundworms and hookworms
• Can be given with or without food
• Suitable for dogs and puppies from 6 weeks of age

• Administer the chewables every month, orally, preferably on the same date
• The first dose must be given within 30 days of the dog’s exposure to mosquitoes
• The last dose should be given within 30 days of the dog’s last exposure to mosquitoes

• Before starting the treatment, all dogs must be tested for existing heartworm infections
• Make sure that the dog consumes the entire dose
• Store between 68°F - 77°F (20°C - 25°C), away from direct sunlight
